Product Description
Features:
(1)Fast drying: liquid or wet raw material after atomization, significantly increased surface area, in the hot air flow, instantaneous evaporation can be 95% ~98% moisture, to complete the drying time only a few seconds, and especially suitable for drying of thermal sensitive material.
(2) Excellent drying effect: Finished products with good uniformity, fluidity and solubility, the product high purity, good quality.
(3)Production process is simple, convenient operation and control. For material which moisture content 40-60% (special material even moisture contents 90%) of the liquid to a dry powder products, dried without crushing and screening, and product purity. Product size, density and moisture can be adjusted( within a certain range) by changing the operating conditions.
LX-Series fully automatic energy-saving centrifugal spray granulation dryer (hot air drying) is mainly for the slurry with high solid content to be sprayed and granulated by a high-speed centrifugal atomizer. Filling the film, the residual moisture content and loose specific gravity are stable, and it is suitable for isostatic pressing and molding products. The service life of the mold is relatively longer than that of manual and mechanical granulation. The pressed product has better consistency and higher finish.
